Poddar Design Institute has partnered across fashion designers, exporters, and other design industries for on the job training. The students will be sent for learning while doing with these companies.

Poddar Design Institute believes in doing things practically rather than just bookish reading. It has very good lab setup for the same and students are given practical training by industry experts and artisans.

All aspiring designers of Poddar Design Institute are encouraged to participate in various exhibitions, fashion shows and design competitions worldwide to showcase their work and talent.

The aspiring designers are alloted with a Mentor from Industry to guide him/her on various aspects of designs, fabric, trend and markets.
